Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, if a product is damaged during shipment, customers can receive a replacement or refund if they provide photographic proof of the damage and a receipt within 48 hours of receiving the product. Customers should send this information to info@mymantraandco.ca.

Please note: We cannot accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on sale items, limited edition/giveaway items, or any item that is older than 30 days from the date of purchase.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds that are not purchased from www.mymantraandco.com at this time.

Want to cancel an order already placed? Please email us within 24 hours of your order time, cancellation is not guaranteed if the package has already left our facility.
